Error when trying to access the Email Customizer

    Hi,

    I have installed your plugin and when I try to open the Email Customizer, it loads the sidebar on the left and then I see the following error displayed in the top of the body:

    “An error occurred trying to load this email type. Make sure this email type is enabled or please try another type.”

    Please advise.

    Hi Anwar,
    Are you able to select any of the options in the left sidebar? What theme are you using? Also, which version of WooCommerce are you running?

    Hi Hannah,

    Yes, I can select options in the left sidebar.
    But I found out this error was occurring due to a conflict with another plugin that can edit or customize emails, once I disabled that plugin, the problem was no more! ??
