Error when trying block IP

We cannot access the screenshot you provided to see the error. This is what we get on our end when we try to access it:

Could you please re-upload it and ensure that it doesn’t reach any limit of the service you are using so that we can see the error you are receiving.

You may encounter this error when trying to block your own IP address.

The plugin is making an additional check whether you are trying to block your current IP address.

If that isn’t your IP address, please submit a ticket through our ticketing system, as we will need access to the website to check this further and see what is causing it.

No, it’s not my IP, this is the address of some spammer. Ok, I’ll submit a ticket.
