Error when Theme is to activate and publish

  • Hello,
    first my Englisch is not so good but i have a problem when i make changes on the Theme and want it to activate and publish.
    I got an Error in the general design settings/Header, it says:”Save due to 1 invalid setting not possible”.

    Here are the Settings where i got the error:
    Show upper margin is activated
    Fixed Header: Semi-transparent when scrolling ist not activated
    Set the Z-index of the header there ist 100

    Please can anybody help me? Thank you.
