Error When Syncing

I’ve linked and activated the plugin to my client’s Captivate Sync account. When attempting to add podcasts, it’s doing nothing I clicked multiple times but no use, or when the popup opens so I select the required podcast to sync, it only shows the message your podcast is synced successfully but no media is showing still shows this message “No shows synchronized to this website, yet.” and I’m using this plugin in my local sever still the same result.
