Error when syncing

I’ve linked and activated the plugin to my client’s Captivate Sync account. When attempting to add podcasts, I get the following error message: “You’ve already got this show hooked up via Captivate Sync to another domain.” The message only appears on screen for about one second, then it disappears and I’m back to where I started. Any idea how to fix this? Can this plugin only be used on one site/domain?
