    Hi there,

    I really love the plugin and used it to translate my full website! I noticed a glitch however that I can’t seem to fix.

    My default language is English and second language is Dutch. When I switch from English to Dutch on any page it works fine. But when I then switch back to English on a product page, I get the error “Acces Denied”.

    I noticed that when I switch the language back to default, in the url two %’ symbols are added around my product category. This seems to be the issues, because when I remove the %’s and refresh the page everything works again. Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

    I am using the Flatsome theme. Thanks in advance!

    Hi, is there anyone out there with a suggestion on what I can do? I have been searching, but cannot remove the %category% in my url that seems to cause the error

    Hi,

    The first report should be investigated in detail. I’m not sure that can cause this and I suggest opening a ticket on our website.

    About the %category%, what do you mean exactly? To remove the category slug from your website? This is not recommended. WP itself adds this and our plugin will not work properly if you will remove the category from the permalink patch. Maybe I misunderstood you so, please feel free to add more details about this on this conversation or if you will open a ticket on our website.
