Error when subscriber tried to sign up to second mailing list

    Hi mailpoet support forum,

    I am using bloom and mailpoet to get people to subscribe to my newsletter.

    I have created a second mailing list for an offer. I want people to sign up to it.

    This is causing an error for me though. If someone is already subscribed to the newsletter then they are unable to subscribe to be eligible for the offer.

    Is this normal? How can I work around this?

    The MailPoet plugin doesn’t block subscribers from subscribing more than once.

    Since you’re using Bloom’s subscription form, that’s up to their settings.

    Please contact their support team and ask for further assistance with it.
