Error when submitting messages

    I’m using the latest version (yesterday’s) and I’m getting the following error when submitting a message:

    WP Plugin SAC: Name and comment required. Please complete all required fields and try again.

    I’ve tried uninstalling the plugin and deleting and starting again from scratch and still getting the same error.

    Any help is much appreciated

    Glad to help. Are you noticing any JavaScript errors or warnings in the browser console log? It can be found by right clicking on the page and selecting Inspect Code (or similar, depending on your browser). Alternately if you want to share the URL where the chat box is displayed, I would be happy to take a look for you.

    Thanks for getting back to me Jeff.

    It appears that my custom JS was conflicting with the input, it’s now fixed.

    Great plugin by the way, I will likely be getting the Pro version shortly.
