ERROR when submitting form

After filling out the review form and clicking submit I am getting an ERROR form that says:
An error occurred during submission of your review. You can try again using the button below. If the problem persists, please contact Natural Family Botanicals.
Technical Information:
500 – Internal Server Error
Error: Request failed with status code 403

I found a post on this forum that said the API key must be set and I did that, and I also read that the permalink issue was fixed but mine it set to Common Setting = postname, and Product Permalinks = custom base.

Is there something else I should check? Thank you!
