Error when submitting form

I had to revert to the previous version of WordPress – getting error messages after the upgrade to version 4.6.

Also – Tave integration is not working.

The Tave integration plugin was last updated 8 months ago, so not sure if it still works.

I would leave a support post on that specific plugin for that issue.
