Error when submitting form

    Hi

    I have been using your forms for a couple of months and it seems clients are getting an error when they complete the form so they don’t know if it has gone through or not. When I am logged in I get a message on screen that I programmed .. someone will get back to them. When a normal user fills it in they get the error. I just tried and it didn’t even look like it had gone through. Any thoughts greatly received.
