Error when submit application

    Hi ! Im getting error after submit an application but the pdf/docx file is uploaded OK into uploads/thjmf_uploads/
    Also when i try to open file at “Edit Application” i get :
    500 – Internal server error.
    There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

    Can it be a kind of permissions error ?
