• hello,

I’m testing the sign up with another e-mail and when I register it, I obtain the error attached in the screen below.

Despite the error, if I go to the dashboard URL, the user can access to its account (so the account is created).

    What could be happening?

Is there any type of email sent?

    hello @urnafiz ,

    This is the error:

It looks like is an email configuration problem. I have reviewed the configuration and I did not found anything related to emails, could you guide me about this?

    many thanks,

    (@joapen)

I have found that in settings \ authentication I have Enabled: “email verification for students and instructor signup”

I have disable it and the registration works. I would like to know what I need to configure to perform the email verification,

    many thanks
