Error when setting up plugin – “this content is no longer available”

  • Hi there,

    I am encountering an error when trying to set up the plugin. I have successfully been able to install it on my website, and I am able to select my chosen Facebook page, but at the end of the process I get a message that says “this content is no longer available”, and “there was a problem saving your changes”. Could you possibly tell me what could be causing this? I am using Google Chrome as my browser.

    For the Facebook page that I wish to connect to the website, I have editor rather than admin permissions. Could this be causing the problem?

    Hi @andymason

    Strangely, the Facebook messenger box now appears on my website, despite me having received this error when setting it up. So you may find that it still works for you as well.

    It’d be good to receive a proper response, but judging by how slow they seem to respond to issues on here, that seems like wishful thinking!
