Hi! I’m running wordpress + woocommerce + dokan plugin. Whenever I add a new vendor or product image, I’m getting a wordpress error “There has been a critical error on this website. Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.” New vendors and products end up being created, but I’m thinking it might have something to do with images because it seems images related that that are not displayed properly. For example, when creating a new vendor through admin panel I insert an image and hit save, it gives me this error, which isn’t displayed in the user profiles after all. Also, if I add a new product in vendor dashboard and add an image to the product, I get the same error message, yet the product get’s created in the store without the image in the product page (but strangely it does show the product in the check out page anyway). Could you help me solve this?

    Hi tonionatsu,

We would like to inform you that we have not identified any issues locally regarding the critical error related to images. Therefore, we assume that this error may be occurring due to a conflict with other plugins or themes on your site. To address this, we recommend taking your site to a minimal state and observing if the problem persists. Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Deactivate all plugins except?Dokan Lite?and?WooCommerce.
    2. Switch to a stable theme, such as?Storefront.
    3. Clear your site cache as well as the browser cache, and then try again.

In case the issue is resolved, it indicates that there is a conflicting plugin or theme installed on your website. To identify the responsible plugin/theme, it is recommended to carry out a thorough conflict test. You can refer to this third-party?article?for assistance in tracing the problematic plugin/theme. Once you have determined the conflicting plugin/theme, please reach out to the relevant support team for further assistance.
