Error when searching for product on Amazon

It worked fine up until this month it started giving me this error almost everytime I try to search for something. Randomly it will work every once and a while but for the most part I just see this error in a red box when I try to do a search:

Error: HTTP request fails: http_request_failed – Failed to connect to ecs.amazonaws.com port 80: Connection timed out.

Any fixes?
