    Hey,

I had a lot of issues with the plugin sync, as most users said here, I use the code snippet to delete and re-sync the products nothing worked so I deleted the catalogue and created a new one.

Now if I go to product and just press update or edit it and press update, I see this warning (not all products, some of them)
    https://snipboard.io/zOHrpe.jpg

I have to click on Reset Facebook metadata to get rid of this notice, any suggestion in what should I so to fix this?

    Hi @mavericklp28,

    Thanks for the screenshot.

I have to click on Reset Facebook metadata to get rid of this notice,

Does this get rid of it for good?
If not I suggest to recreate the product from scratch (don’t copy it). The message indicates a database problem or remnant data and I think creating a new set of data would be best here.

    Kind regards,

Yes, it gets rid forever if I reset metadata

If not I suggest to recreate the product from scratch (don’t copy it)

    I didn’t

a new set of data would be best here.

    How?

    Hi again,

    I didn’t

    ?.

    How?

I was referring to the process of creating the product anew and then syncing it over as a new instance.
Should have made that clearer, my bad.

    Kind regards,

Why this plugin has so many issues??? a lot of bugs and products that stop syncing and others that duplicate!
