Error when saving changes by user: An error has been encountered

Hello, I have small issue

Situation is like this:

I set up a customized form for registration, where people can put in their user data and some more information.

I then set up a form for profile data with the same fields, which I am displaying in an account area. (I couldn’t use the same meta_keys as in the registration form for that fields, as they were already taken – somehow it still knows which fields are meant).

Now, when I am logged in as a user and go to my account page, I see the fields I want to see. However, when I change something and click “save”, I get the error “An error has been encountered”. But the data gets saved anyway.

Somebody else had that problem and knows how to fix?
