    Hello.

I’ve searched through the support forums for an answer to my problem but without success, making me post this thread.

The issue is this: whenever I try to make a change in a custom language file that I made, based on the original brazillian portuguese version (I made a copy), when I save I get this error:

    Error: (function(html){html.className = html.className.replace(/\bno-js\b/,'js')})(document.documentElement); #wpadminbar{display:none}html{margin-top:32px !important}* html body{margin-top:32px !important}@media screen and (max-width:782px){html{margin-top:46px !important}* html body{margin-top:46px !important}}Page not found - Italian Beauty Cosméticos window._wpemojiSettings = {"baseUrl":"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/11\/72x72\/","ext":".png","svgUrl":"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/11\/svg\/","svgExt":".svg","source":{"concatemoji":"https:\/\/italianbeauty.com.br\/wp-includes\/js\/wp-emoji-release.min.js"}};. Check console output for debugging information

I’ve noticed this error mentions the “404 page not found” page but I can’t solve this issue with this information alone.

    I need help.

    Thank you.

This is a common server problem. Very often caused by security software.

This FAQ is the only help available for this issue: https://localise.biz/wordpress/plugin/faqs/ajax-errors

Many people have solved it by fixing their security rules.

    Hello Tim.

Yeah I read about it in some other topic but I have quite the delicate natter regarding the server host:

    – Those guys never return contact with me.

My host is a (recently poor) brazillian company called “Guia Perto” (would translate to something like “Reach Out Guidance” in english) and personally I’ve never needed to contact those guys for some time, until recently when I needed them to increase my server’s storage size. They eventually increased it but it took them 1 or 2 weeks of trying to reach then (see the irony there? Because they are called “Guia Perto”? lol) so yeah… contacting my host is an almost possible task right now.

I want to move my site to Hostgator in a way I don’t lose my stuff (emails, stored content like client’s mails, and so on).

But you gave me an hindsight. I’ve installed an Anti-Malware plugin, I’ll try deactivating it and running Loco Translate again and post the results here.
