    Hi,
    When we try to download an invoice for an order we are receiving this error

    Did you set $mpdf->in_charset properly?

    Please advise steps on how to correct this.

    We have deactivated and reactivated the plugin

    Updated the plugin & wordpress

    Thanks for reaching us, and sorry for the inconvenience.

    To resolve this issue, please follow the below steps,

    1. Log in to your website via FTP or cPanel.
    2. Go to “wp-content” > “uploads” > “WOO-INVOICE.”
    3. Delete all the files and folders in the WOO-INVOICE folder.
    4. Download and unzip to the same location from this link –?https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/igak0g818o44f8io669pk/WOO-INVOICE-free.zip?rlkey=sfiawq97wj8nshlqecn1jh2rq&st=4d4vy3ya&dl=0
    5. Then, try again to create invoices from your backend.

    I have followed the above steps and the issue is still occuring.

    To resolve the issue, kindly deactivate and delete the plugin. Afterward, reinstall and activate it again.
