Error when plugin trys to create PDF

    When I do a test order with your plugin activated I get a white screen, when viewing or creating the pdf invoice (also when the plugin does it automatically). Furthermore if plugin is active I get an internal server error displayed on the checkout page (the order goes through in the backoffice, but not in the frontend for the user).

    I used your Blank Page/500 error resolver tool for this order and got this error message:

    I am no pro and really need help/advice from the support.

    Ps: I also tested this plugin on a fresh WP with only woocommerce installed. Same result.

    Hello!

    Sorry for the delay, that error indicates that your site doesn’t have an extension called ‘mbstring’ this extension needs to be installed in order to create the pdf. Please install it (your hosting server support might be able to help you install it).
