    Hello @shmanich

Thanks for getting in touch, I am sorry to see you are having an issue here.

Its difficult to judge what could be the issue here from just the screenshot shown, however looking at the content of the image the actual ‘message’ part of it does not appear like anything which resides in our plugins codebase so id certainly like to take a closer look if that is possible.

Please can you email me via [email protected] where we can discuss this further and find the source of the problem here.

Looking forward to hearing from you

    Kind regards, Daniel @ Melapress

Register your account on the website https://m21nakhodka.ru/ and try to pass the captcha. You will see this error.

    Hello @shmanich

We do not need to see the error. We need to better understand your setup to see what could be causing this.

So can you please send us the system information file from the Help & Contact Us tab in the plugin via email at [email protected]?

This file includes technical information about your setup, so please do not share it on public forums like this one.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    I need ReCapcha v3.
Unfortunately, your plugin does not work correctly with v3. I had to change it to the “Advanced Google reCAPTCHA” plugin. This plugin works.

    Hello @shmanich

Thanks for taking the time to update the ticket.

Just to be clear, v3 works well on our plugin. Actually our plugin is the only plugin to have v3 to v2 automatic fail-over. The issue is as mentioned in our email thread; your AJAX based login/registration is not compatible with the ‘v3 + V2 Checkbox fallback’ setup, which itself uses AJAX.

In the support thread we did recommend switching off the fallback method and it would have worked just as the current plugin you are using does, however you chose not to try it and decided to use another plugin.

Regardless, in light of this I have opened an issue on our plugins development log to check the plugin’s functionality using ‘Login with AJAX’ as well as to see if there is anything we can do to improve support and if it would be possible for it to work with the ‘fallback’ system our plugin can offer.

All the best with your website. Should you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

    Have a great day.
