Error when opening dasboard

    Hi,

    I was getting an error while opening the dashboard and got a mail which says it was causing because of this plugin. Site is working fine when I disabled the error
    Below is the error which was mentioned in email
    In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, WP Mail SMTP.

    Below is the link of the error message image which showed me when I logged in Recovery mode

  • Hi @xenioodl,

    Thanks for the details. The error message indicates your site isn’t able to open the required file. That is possibly the issue with file and folder permissions. You might also check by downloading the fresh WP Mail SMTP plugin and re-installing the plugin – possibly there was a glitch.

    Could you please try updating any outdated plugins on your site including LearnDash plugin and then try re-installing WP Mail SMTP plugin on your site.
