Error when Migrating: Something went wrong. Please contact us or try again later

Hi I am trying to migrate from Hostgator to Bluehost using Migrate Guru. I am sure I have the correct username and password that I use to log into the Bluehost account and cPanel but I get “Something went wrong. Please contact us or try again later.” Could you guys elaborate on what is happening here? Your error messages are very non-descript. I have WordPress installed on the Bluehost account and I tried using various FTP login credentials as well with no luck. Do I need to enter information in the Advanced Options section? I currently have two-factor mini orange on the source website. Thanks.
