Error When Login… Urgent

i get this error “you dnt have sufficient permissions to access this page” when i login in my id…

i add two new field in the user table; may be that one create the problem..?

i dnt know wht to given..

suppose if i delete the table and create with new data means;it will work? ??????

wht r the fields value i want to give….
