Error when importing XML file

  • Hello all, I can’t understand why I’m getting this error, it’s never happened before. I’m trying to import my XML file but I keep getting this error:

    Sorry, there has been an error.
    The uploaded file could not be moved to /home/paladini/public_html/new/wp-content/uploads/2012/06.

    Any Help would be appreciated : )

    I tried changing the permissions for the wp-content folder but that still doesn’t work! Any other suggestions?
