    It seems the issue you’re experiencing with the import may be due to outdated versions of either WooCommerce or our plugin on your site. Could you please update WooCommerce to the latest version 9.1.2 and our plugin to version 2.5.5, and then try importing again?

    If the error persists, please share a sample CSV file without sensitive data. You can upload the file to a sharing service like Google Drive and send us the link.
