    When I try to import the ‘Neve 2018’ layout from the site library, it gets stuck at “Content”and I get the following error:

    What should I do?

    Can you please let me know which of the demos were you trying to import when this happened? Also, can you please let me know if you are using the Jetpack plugin?

    Hi,

    I wanted to import the basic demo, the label says “Neve 2018”. When I get the error message it says it’s a server error. Yes, I am using Jetpack.

    Edit: I just tried to deactivate Jetpack and it worked. The content of the demo was copied. So I guess it’s not compatible and I can’t use Jetpack anymore?

    Hi @ginnastica,

    There is a known issue at this moment between our demo import and Jetpack and we are working on fixing it.
    If you managed to import the demo content, there shouldn’t be any other problem and you can reactivate Jetpack and use it. Let me know if you experience other issues.

    I’m having the same issue as above. however, i have deactivated and even deleted jetpack to no avail.

    Can you please try on a new WordPress installation and see how it goes there?

    Also, it is advisable to raise a new forum instead of continuing in the old thread.
