error when I want to connect FTP with the plugin

    hi
    I have an issue when I wanaaa connect the FDT setting with the plugin it shows message that says ” FTP filed cuz *PHO event

    Please could you send us a screenshot or copy of the full error message tht you are receiving?
    When is this error occurring (e.g. when running the connection test)?

    This is the message ” FTP setting test result:Failure we did not successfully log inn with those credentials .

    Message :
    *PHP event:code E_WARNING:ftp_login autherntication failed (line 32,we-content/plugins/updraftplus/includes/ftp.class.php)

    Hi,

    This error indicates that either the FTP username or password was entered incorrectly.

    Please could you double check your credentials?

    Hi everybody,

    i have a problem with the FTP connection, too. Login- successful, but an PHP Error prevents making backups.

    Error:
    * PHP event: code E_WARNING: ftp_nb_fput(): /files/KCE/website_backup/1d127606257f30329b11aba30fe04c40.tmp: No such file or directory (line 78, wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/includes/ftp.class.php)

    Directory files/KCE/website_backup exists…
