Error when i upload a picture

  • Hello
    I have install the plugin on my wordpress test website
    I read that you make plugin for existing picture && new picture.
    It works for existing picture good
    But for new picture i put a picture in jpg format on my site. And it doesn’t work on it :
    “There was an error and your request was not processed. (826.jpg: Invalid image or unsupported image format.)”

    Can you tell me what it can be ?

    Regarding your question, there can be a number of reasons why this is happening. Among them wrong WP settings in Settings/Media or restricted access to your website for our Optimization Cloud.
    I’d like to kindly invite you to directly contact us here letting us know your API Key and also the domain where you’re trying to use ShortPixel so we can investigate this and get back to you with a solution.
