error when entering email in some browers

  • Hi.
    I have a sign up form on showing up on a page but when you enter in an email address it comes up with “0” in red and doesn’t work.

    It only started happening yesterday. I have been using for a few week and it has been fine but now it is now.

    This only happens in some browsers. It happens in Chrome and Edge but not in IE.

    In IE it works fine. Is there a compatibility issue with Chrome?

    I have deactivated all the plugins and it still happens.

    Hello,

    It should be caused by a change on your server or website configuration if it worked well before. Just checked it in Chrome and didn’t find any issues, the email sending works correctly.

    Did you make any changes on your site? Eg.: Hosting, WP theme, Plugins, etc. ?
    You may also try out with a new install.
