• On my site anytime I try to do an update or install any new plugin through the backend of my site, my site goes down for about 2 minutes and I get this error message: ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

I have been able to manually update through ftp but when I installed the new plugin it shows up in my “plugins” folder via my ftp access but is not showing up on the backend of my site.

I found an error file that is showing the same message over and over for every time I have tried to update something-

‘WordPress database error Table ‘onetwqd1_wor3.ymp_ssbp_tracking’ doesn’t exist for query SELECT COUNT(*) AS count FROM ymp_ssbp_tracking WHERE title != ” AND datetime LIKE ‘%2015-01-06%’ made by wp_dashboard, do_meta_boxes, call_user_func, ssbp_dashboard_widget_function, ssbp_dashboard_stats, ssbpShareCountGraph’

I have tried deactivated all plugins and that did not fix it. I found a random drop-in plugin folder that had a file called “install.php” and several forums recommended deleting it, but that did not help. I tried changing my wp-content folder permissions from “755” to “777” and this did not help either.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you
