    Yes, all pipes will be deleted when you disable the plugin, because its data table will be deleted from the database, just like many other plugins. It is to return a “clean” WordPress database, in the sad case when users don’t want Pipes on their system anymore :”(

    That’s why you need to make use of the <<Export Pipe>> button to save all your working pipes each time you want to deactivate it. Just like with any other system, backup is always advised before changing anything.
