Error when deleting a member

    Hi, when I try to delete a user/member in the ProfileGrid members section, I get an error message like this and don’t know how to resolve. I have deactivated and activated all of the site plugin’s but still no joy. Can anyone help please?

    Hello @nannoo1969 – Thanks for reporting this issue. We have been trying to replicate the problem on our test environments and will need some further information regarding this. Could you please share your ProfileGrid configuration file, and also provide the list of activated plugins, and the theme being used on your site? We will need to analyze if there is any potential script conflict leading to the problem.

    BuddyPress, Child Theme Configurator, Contact Form 7, Elementor, Events Manager, Health Check & Troubleshooting, Kirki Customizer Framework, Limit Login Attempts Reloaded, ProfileGrid, ProfileGrid bbPress Integration, ProfileGrid User Display Name, Site Kit by Google, Wbcom Designs – BuddyPress Activity Share Pro, Wbcom Designs – BuddyPress Reactions, Wbcom Essential, Yoast SEO and my theme is Buddy X Pro – Child

    I don’t know where to find the Profile Grid config file so please point me in the right direction for this.

    Hello @nannoo1969 – Ater detailed investigation of the problem, it looks like the problem is not with ProfileGrid but potentially with PHPMailer. You will need to investigate it for possible resolution. We will remain available should need any assistance from our side.
