Error when creating pages

    Hi, we have an error with Sensei Certificates. When it is active we can’t create a new Page in WordPress (we can edit).
    The error we receive is:

    We have the latest sensei certificate 2.2.1
    Sensei plugin on version 1.12.3
    Wordpress 5.8

    When we disable Sensei Certificates we can create pages again.
