Error when creating DHL labels

    Hello, everyone,

    Since this morning I can unfortunately no longer create DHL labels using the DHL for Woocommerce plugin. Neither in batch processing nor individually in the shipment can I have a label created.
    The displayed error is

    SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL: Couldn’t load from ‘https://cig.dhl.de/cig-wsdls/com/dpdhl/wsdl/geschaeftskundenversand-api/3.1/geschaeftskundenversand-api-3.1.wsdl’ : failed to load external entity “https://cig.dhl.de/cig-wsdls/com/dpdhl/wsdl/geschaeftskundenversand-api/3.1/geschaeftskundenversand-api-3.1.wsdl”

    Even though I’m probably only affected by the problem at the moment (otherwise numerous other users would have contacted me …), it doesn’t seem to be a general problem at DHL, right?

    However, I haven’t changed anything on my side or the shop since yesterday (and everything was still working fine).
    I once changed my password at DHL and then updated it in the settings. But it didn’t help either.
    Does anyone know this error or does the error message tell you something?

    Same error here for German website. Since 16/Oct/2021. Cannot make any DHL labels out of the Woocommerce ADministration.

    Same problem here. Came since the last update I did.. so possible it could be the plugin update.. or DHL.

    OK seems it is an issue with DHL. I rolled back to previous version of plugin and same problem… hmmm wonder if DHL techs are working on this issue on a Sunday… (doubt it).

    Wir haben das selbe Problem im WP Shop mit WooCom und DHL Plugin seit 16.10. so gegen 15/16 Uhr.

    Danke für eure Antworten. Jetzt wei? ich, dass es mehrere betrifft und definitiv bei DHL liegt. Bleibt wohl nur die Hoffnung, dass DHL am Montag recht zeitig Arbeitsbeginn hat und sich der L?sung des Problems mal direkt mit Hochdruck widmet!

    Came here for posting about this problem, I have the same issue since yesterday! We all need a quick solution please… the customers want to have their parcels going out tomorrow! regards from Berlin

    PS.: Wie ich verstehe, haben nur deutsche Seiteninhaber Probleme damit. Hoffen wir bis morgen früh gibt es eine L?sung.

    habt jemand schon Neuigkeiten? Bei mir funktioniert es auch seit zwei Tagen nicht.

    From Friday evening by trying to create a label we get this error message:

    We have already contacted to DHL technical team and as they told me this is a problem from the Woocoomerce plugin that occurred on Friday and many many people like me were contacted already to them for the same problem.

    A prompt reply/solution would be greatly appreciated.

    Ich wollte es ja nicht glauben, dass DHL am Samstag und Sonntag nicht bei einem “Notfall” arbeitet, aber eine Vorahnung hatte ich schon. Damals war das DHL Tracking für Kundenemails in Woocommerce für 3 Wochen nicht m?glich.

    Und nun herrscht am Montag um 9 Uhr nach 2 Tagen downtime totale Funkstille. Wie peinlich ist das denn für unseren Weltkonzern DHL.

    Ich lach mich schlapp und sitze auf 300 Paketen die nicht raus k?nnen und 4 Leute schauen sich im Lager bl?d an.

    @dtakriti Damit es irgendwie weitergeht, haben wir nun die Lieferscheine ausgedruckt um die Sendungen zumindestens schon Mal vorzupacken. Die Order Nr steht auf dem DHL Label drauf, so kannst es sp?ter zuweisen.

    Dann haben deine Mitarbeiter wenigstens zu tun und sobald das Plug In wieder funzt, kann man schnell reagieren.

    Ist natürlich nicht das erste Mal und irgendwie wussten wir doch alle, das es nichts zum Montag Morgen wird… DHL halt.
