Error when creating account in checkout process

    Howdy,

    since the last big update I have a problem with my online-shop: New Customers cannot create an account during the checkout process. Error “undefined” appears.
    When creating an account at the “my account” BEFORE checking out, it’s no problem to do so.
    Can someone please have a look what’s the problem?

    Hi @visualvision,

    If this started happening right after the update, there’s a high probability that your current theme or one of your plugins is conflicting with WooCommerce during account creation at checkout.
    ?
    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.     Hi,

    thank you for your advise! Before I wanted to determine the issue I did one Plugin-Udate and now …. my problem is solved! It seems it had been a conflict with “MailPoet” (Newsletter-Plugin).
