Error when cloning site

    I am having this issue trying to clone a sub-site.

    DROP command denied to user 'username' for table 'prefix_actionscheduler_actions'

    The site is cloned but not the content nor users.

    The message clearly suggests user lacks permissions to Drop databe but I was wondering if there is something else?
