  • Hi,

Sorry for the delay in responding, we are receiving a high ticket volume on all our queues, including the WooCommerce Forums.

As a first step, I recommend to reach out to your web host, they can provide you with more information, you can ask them if they have a backup to help you restore the database.

You can as well verify your database tables, this option is under WooCommerce > status > tools > verify database tables.

If you need further help after that, please share a copy of your site’s System Status Report? It is under WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? So that we can get a clearer idea about this case.
