Error when clicking on thumbnails

    Hi there,

    I’ve used your plugin on two websites. The first works perfectly but the second returns an error when I click on each thumbnail:

    “Image cannot be loaded. Make sure the path is correct and image exist.”

    I’ve tried deleting and re-uploading the images. I can see from the URL path that it’s pointing to that the image is indeed at the correct address (I can visit the image using that URL which the thumbnail points to in another browser window).

    I have no idea why this error would be displaying when the images are correct. Would love some help!

    So that error shows on the front-end of your website when you try and click each image to view it? Does it show within the lightbox? can you show me a live URL?

    Found the answer for those who are interested. Just change the Lightbox setting from ‘prettyPhoto’ to ‘fancyBox’.

    Are you able to put it back to prettyPhoto so I can have a look for myself at the error?
