"Error" when clicking menu links

    I keep having the same problem with this website and this error message. I keep taking the same course of action which is ok for a couple of weeks then i get an email again from the client telling me it’s happening again. I got this again today and followed the same course of action as before and it works again but does anyone else have this issue? I’m using u-design theme and here’s what i need to keep doing to fix it:

    Then i click the menu links, the plugin shows me a page with “error” written in the top right corner. I disabled 2 tweaks:

    1. “Prevent public access to readme.html, readme.txt, wp-config.php, install.php… etc”

    And 2. “Removes the RSD (Really Simple Discovery) header.”

    Then i don’t get the message anymore so i switched on “Prevent public access to readme.html, readme.txt, wp-config.php, install.php… etc” again and still no problems… until it happens again in a couple of weeks. Can anyone help with this?
