Error when choosing category slider

  • Hello.

    in my home page i used 5 sliders of Pickplugins, they was working fine until i switch them to show products from certain categories.
    After i did that the main page doesnt work and giving “There has been a critical error on your website.
    Learn more about debugging in WordPress.”

    I thought that there is some conflict with other scripts in the page or the other sliders, so i created a new empty page, disable header footer and every thing else, then i added a shortcode of a category slider, but the error still appear and the test page cant load correctly (as shown from the screenshot)

    please help, i have to solve this problem as fast as possible, i tried everything i can do, if i can’t solve it i have to change the plugin.

    as shown in this screenshot when i choose the slider to be for categories the page give the error, when choose again the products the page work again.

    also the query orderby is not working, when i try to change the order of ordering attribute and update the wcps, it’s returning to old order automatically and nothing happens in page, i mean its not working ever.

    Please enable debug and debug lon on your site, and please check the error log under wp-content directory or log file

    please let me if you see any error from our plugin.

    we haven’t reported this issue before so we will need to see error log on your site.
