Error when checking for SPAM users

    Hi folks,
    I just renewed but I’m getting an error when trying to check my user database for SPAM accounts. The error I get is – SERVER_ERROR NO: 11 MSG: Service disabled, please go to Dashboard https://cleantalk.org/my?product_id=1. Do you want to proceed?

    I don’t see this error listed here. What’s broke?
