Error when changing traffic settings

  • Hi there,

    i am trying to change some settings with my traffic on the website but when i try to add someone (in my case the customer) i get this error:

    Error updating settings. Error: Ongeldige parameter(s): count_roles

    “Ongeldige parameter(s) being dutch so i gues it would be something like; Invalid parameters”

    Okay since this is not resolved yet i want to make another support question, when i refresh my own website over and over the plugin will say that i have +1 view every time i refresh. I do not want my own views clicks to show as views.
    In the settings / traffic / Count logged in page views from: i do not have any of those selected so i think it should not be counting but it actually does show as a view in stats.

    Hi @sjoerd89!

    I suspect there may be an issue with your Jetpack connection to WordPress.com .
