Error when changing the friendly links option to yes in tickera

  • I have encountered an issue when using the Tickera plugin with the Astra theme in WordPress. The error occurs when friendly URLs are enabled in Tickera. When this option is activated, Astra causes an error, and the system stops functioning correctly.

    I tried to resolve the issue by changing the permalink structure in WordPress to different options (Day and Name, Post Name, etc.), but none of these configurations solved the conflict. It seems there is an incompatibility between how Astra handles URLs and Tickera’s implementation of friendly URLs.

    If anyone has found a solution or has any insights on how to resolve this incompatibility, any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Can you please provide us with a bit more details about the error that occurs.

    Also, please let us know what you’re referring to “system stops functioning correctly”. Are there any fatal errors or specific portions of Tickera are not working or is it something else?
