I’m using the latest version of your plugin.

When I go to my cart, in the area where it should be calculating the shipping rate, I get this error:

ERROR: API request failed – cURL error 51: SSL: certificate subject name ‘*.theprintful.com’ does not match target host name ‘api.printful.com’

I think it has something to do with this plugin since when I disable it the message goes away, but so does any ability to calculate or include shipping.

I would really appreciate some help in this matter.

    UPDATE:

I set shipping zones and methods in the shipping options of the woocommerce plugin and now I don’t get that message and everything is working. HOWEVER, the shipping options are from Woocommerce, meaning the Printful Integration for WooCommerce plugin is not successfully overriding the shipping options, even though the ox is checked. I thought it may be a problem with the API Key, but I’ve put my proper Printful API Key into the integrations tab. What else is needed for this to work?

    Did you figure it out?
Mine isn’t working but I get the message :” There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.”

I’ve gone through the instructions 5 times.

What ended up working for me was going into WooCommerce, Settings, Integration and checking the box that says: Use HTTP instead of HTTPS to connect to the Printful API (may be required if the plugin does not work for some hosting configurations)

Also, under WooCommerce, Settings, Shipping, Printful shipping, make sure not to check the box that says Disable Woocommerce rates. Seems counter intuitive but it worked for me.

    Hope this helps!

Oh my goodness. That worked! Thank you so much for the quick response. I actually am brand new to this- got my first order and paid over a dollar for the item instead of making money!! Ha ha. Growing pains?!?

    Glad to have it resolved!!

I’m so happy it worked for you! It’s a great feeling indeed! What did you lose money on if you don’t mind me asking? Maybe I can avoid the same mistake?

Well, someone bought a mug. The printful site had it listed “from $8.95”
When I to a mock up it said $12+

    sold it for $18

The shipping was NOT calculated for the customer, so they paid $18 and no shipping. So, the order gets paid for by me WITH shipping and I lost more than $1 ??

Ah, ok I get it. Shouldn’t happen any more now that you have this resolved I assume. Good luck with your sales!
