Error when adding Image to AWB

Using video and color backgrounds work perfectly, but when using an image for the background I get an error message.

Here is the error that shows on the page:

The editor has encountered an unexpected error.

The site is running WordPress 5.1.1 with a child theme based off of Bootstrap Basic.
