error when adding feed URL in Google Merchant Center

    Hi,

    I have an error message when adding the feed xml link in Google Merchant Center.

    The feed issue message is: “Feed file is in a format that we don’t support: HTML”.

    i haven’t any space before or after url, also i adding the xml url as primary feed in google merchant center.

    Do you have any advice for how to resolve this?

  • Hi,

    Your feed seems fine to us. Where are you hosting your website? It seems your hosting agency is blocking Google from retrieving your product feed.

    My hosting provider is litespeed,
    How I can resolve this error?
