Error when activating the plugin

    Hello, I am having trouble activating this plugin.
    I have followed you troubleshooting guide, tried with another theme and also deactivating all other plugins, but the issue persists.

    I get the following error:

    Hey there!

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Additionally, can you provide details on where you got the file for installation from?
