Error when activating

I got an error when activating version 1.2 on WordPress 3.5.2 with W3 Total Cache Version 0.9.2.11. I deactivated straight away. Any idea why this is happening?
The following plugins are not compatible with W3 Total Cache and will cause unintended results:
